  • Profile Information: Display name, avatar photo, handicap index, and tee preference
  • Golf Data: Scores, round history, and game statistics you enter during use
  • User-Generated Content: Round recaps, group names, and shared content

Information Collected Automatically

  • Location Data: Approximate location during active rounds (used for weather forecasts and course map features). Location is only accessed while the App is in use and only with your explicit permission.
  • Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for crash reporting and diagnostics
  • Usage Data: Anonymous interaction data to improve app performance

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the App's features (scoring, leaderboards, rankings, group management)
  • To generate weather forecasts for your golf course
  • To compute handicap indices and player statistics

  • To generate AI-powered round recaps based on game data

Data Storage and Security

  • Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on Amazon Web Services) with encryption in transit and at rest
  • Apple Sign-In data is handled in accordance with Apple's guidelines
  • We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information
  • Photos you upload are stored in secure cloud storage with access limited to your account

Data Sharing

  • We do not sell your personal information to any third parties
  • We do not share your data with advertisers
  • We may share anonymized, aggregated statistics that cannot identify individual users
  • We use Sentry for crash reporting, which may receive anonymized diagnostic data

Push Notifications
